Eric Hayes
Eric was born and raised in Woodbridge, Virginia. After graduating from the University of Maryland, he traveled overseas to Spain and Lithuania to play professional basketball. Returning to the US, Eric worked in the natural energy industry and then at an insurance agency. After moving to Nashville in 2017, Eric started working part time at White Pines as the Warranty and Rental Manager. After a few months, it was evident Eric had the skill set to move into a full-time position as Project Manager in December of 2017. In 2023, after 6 years of stellar work, Eric was promoted to Chief Construction Officer and now manages our entire construction team.
