Cory Parkinson
From 2011 to 2012, Cory led a top producing real estate team in South Florida completing more than 150 transactions in 12 months. Cory then formed JLCP Investments, which grew into a multi-million dollar company in less than 2 years, completing over 65 investment transactions ranging from REO properties, auction houses, short sales, and multi-family dwellings. In 2014, JLCP expanded into the Nashville market partnering with Tyler Pennington to complete over a dozen successful projects in about 6 months.
At White Pines, Cory primarily manages the physical construction progress. He oversees all of our project managers as they navigate daily logistics, quality control, field modifications, and codes inspections. Cory also oversees all the design elements for our homes collaborating with our in-house designer and approving all final selections.
